At Ploxarelstyxvap, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted garden decor. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of planters, lanterns, or textiles. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must not show signs of outdoor use or weathering
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed garden flags and personalized items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear
- Planters that have contained soil or plants
- Textiles that have been washed or exposed to elements
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the damage or defect
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
For returns due to our error or defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit will be applied to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. If less expensive, we will refund the difference.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us
